Hamburger Cottage Cheese Pie (Bisquick crust)

MANY (maybe 30) years ago, I had copied a recipe for a hamburger pie that consisted of layers: a Bisquick crust, a layer of browned hamburger and onions, and topped by a layers of cottage cheese/egg mixture.  Does anyone remember it and have the recipe?
